I would think hard before making a trip from any distance this weekend. Check the weather...
Anyways, if you do decide to fish... There are fish from top to bottom, pick a place and fish, move around if you have to until the catching gets good. I wouldn't be suprised if ice becomes a problem by sunday. Hopefully it locks up completely by next week...

hopefully it stays freezing so the ice will come, im with fishrmn...lock up time, ive caught enough steelhead, im ready for under ice steel and walleye

now i know where ive seen you fishrmn, theres a video jack made of people ice fishing what i think might be walnut and pulling steelhead through the ice...is it you or am i just mistaken?

Duud,
it's my fault. Last February, I bought a new 4 man Ice Cube.
I never got to set it up on the ice. It all melted.
Currently, it's still sitting in my garage. I put it up twice last summer
just to make sure I still remembered how. I'm tempted to put
it up again in my yard. Now that they have called for the cold,
I'm not going to. Next time it comes out, it will be on Frozen pond.

We could set it up on the rocks, and fish the access. How high is the roof? Casting a 10-13 foot noodle rod might prove difficult.
