Camera Video In Problems

I tried to record a video yesterday for the first time through my Marcum v385(which just got back from repair) and when I plugged my yellow jack into the back of the Marcum the camera got all fuzzy with lines through it..
 
Im pretty sure it is suppose to show up on the cam with my video from under the water
 
Does anyone have any clue or am I doing something wrong? thanks
