Steelhead flies

What's everyone's favorite flies to use on the tribs for steelhead?

    the standards: sucker spawn, crystal spawn, blow bugs, moe eggs, San Juan worms etc.. just  lots of colors of each for when they get picky. I don't get too fancy, they all seem to work pretty well for me.

    Single egg pattern on #12 & #14 hook have landed me more fish than any other fly that I tie.I like the bright colors and bigger eggs for the brown water and smaller eggs with natural colors on low and clear coditions.Black and yellow stone flys,hares ear,pheasant tails work too especially in the early fall.I usually tie on a fly on to my leader and run a tandem egg below the fly,gives those fish two offerings at once but if the hole is stacked with fish,I use one fly because you are likely to foul hook them and you'll be called a snagger for life.
