ice survival

did any ice survive the rain onslaught?i will check my local lake ,we need all u iceheads to chim in on lakes like arthur, shenango ,pymy, kahle,pleasant,highpoint,wilhelm. i live close to raccoon in beaver county i doubt if any of the 4 inches of clear ice survived .

    i checked raccoon lake in beaver co. and to my surprise 90 percent of the ice survived. the only area open is where traverse cr. comes in by the swimming area. i'm sure the ice is not more than an inch or  two but at least it will start making ice again.

    Walked on lake author where i saw somebody did saw a hole seemed like 5 inches of black ice off 528 area but some of the ice in areas looked bad but still froze

    I haven't failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
