I can't wait

Ok, I know it’s a little early but I seriously can’t wait for ice fishing season to get here. I just started to ice fish a couple of years ago and I’m seriously addicted.
I’m mostly am interested in fishing for Crappie, Gills, and Perch, but would love to target some Eyes this season, and when the opportunity is there set up some tip-ups for toothy fish.
So in the interest of fixing my jones for a little bit, and in the desire to add to my ice fishing arsenal, I’d like to know what are some of your most effective lures and jigs for ice fishing?
So far the Lindy Rattl’n flyer 1/16 oz. in Fire Tiger has been one of the best producers for me I’ve caught gills, crappie, perch, bass and pike on it, and I usually tip it with a minnow head or some spikes

    I've found the Hali Jig to be very good.  I only wish they made them with a better quality of hook.  It's  my "go to"  jig.

    Shouldn't be hard to swap hooks by using a split ring. I do this with a lot of lures,especialy with Castmasters.  sam

    I'm with you preacher... can't wait for the ice to get here.  I bought a vex earlier in the year and never got a chance to use it due to the lack of ice.  Haven't been ice fishing for too many years, but the past 2 years I've been using alot of sweedish pimples, kastmasters, macho minnows, cicadas, and the like.  Been treating me pretty good when the fish seem to be aggressive.  When they slow down, I switch over to small ice jigs.

    Fellas, if you need some electronics, at a very good reduced price, i have some for sale. I might not do any icefishing for a while so i'd rather sell this gear than let it just collect dust all winter. If i decide to get back out, i'll buy that new vex 22.
