Fishing for Channels + Flats at the Susquehannah and Juniata.

Has anybody fished where there two rivers combined? and would anybody have any advice on what to bring for bait? It's my first time out to these two rivers and need some dire help. If anybody knows what is some good Catfish bait for fishing them rivers its would be great! and if anybody knows what kind of rig/ set-up I should use or try its would be awesome! please help!!! thanks

    25lb test.......slide a large egg sinker on the line then 2 plastic beads, then tie a swivel on..... ball bearing if you have one...a regular swivel will work ...then tie a 3 ft leader and use a circle hook. use live bluegills or small live fish for flatheads and you can use chicken livers or cut bait for channels....a guy who fishes those rivers posts all his catches on Fins and Fur web site...hope this helps
