Double banded Mallard

Is double banding very common? Found this guy crossing a road to get to his mate.

    If they get caught twice then yea there not uncommon bit less then single bands if one was green its a Benjamin!

    For a waterfowl hunter, watching that walk in front of your truck takes some self control. That drake prob gets all the ladies.

    I could swear I read somewhere they like to catch SUCKERS.
    Is that true ?????

    Don't confuse "the" drake with "da" drake.  One is an expert at sucker angling, the other has CDC on its butt.
