    The bay just got some thin ice other day, now I can guarantee its gone

    i was near misery today and saw no one on or around it. Im sure if the ice was even close to being fished, someone would be out there. It was locked up, but with the wind, rain and the open water in the bay i wouldnt expect much.

    It had 3" yesterday morning clear ice. Horseshoe had 3-4 of white ice. North cove of Marina lake had 4-6 then down to 2 I spudded about 200 yds from shore.

    Has anybody took the long ride around the pi to check the ice on misery, horseshoe, or Marina lake???

    Maybe tomorrow before work I can look from the pier and see if anyone's out, but I hate to drive out there for no reason.

    there was decent ice saw one guy close to shore ventured a bit drilled a few holes only 3 inches to maybe 4 in spots

    Checked misery this AM 3" close to shore. Went out a little farther 1.5",backed out looked at horseshoe,really rough from wind not much ice there went home to edinboro!
