vexilar ice transducer

looking to buy a ice transducer for my fl8 i fish mostly 8-25 fow wich degree of transducer should i get 9-12-etc all
advice is welcome

    keep this in mind and use it as a tool or to make a cheat sheet for when you are ice fishing.
    Figure sonar degree angle per nautical depth to show you what you are covering in bottom
    diameter. 8-25' of water i would go with 19*. It is the highest single beam they have. I
    would definitely not go below 12*

    thanks tommy that chart is great i dont think iam going lower than 12 prob going 19

    Go 19* if you rarely go deeper than 30'. If you frequently go shallower than 10' you also might want to pick up an S-cable for your unit.
