    Have one from Home Depot-JUNK
The light output is nice but the light itself is junk, locking elbows swivel no matter how tight you turn the thumb screw.
Had one of the other floor lamps with the flexible arm.
Worked good for just over a year and the power supply went bad. AGAIN JUNK

    These were $40-$50 each.

I have one that is called “Daylight Lamp with Magnifier” it sells for about $80-90.  I believe the company name is DayLight.   It has a nice heavy base and sits right on the tying table.  If you do a Google search ("DAYLIGHT LAMP" fly tying) you should find it.  It has a flexible arm for both the light and magnifier.
This is what it looks like http://www.madriveroutfitters.com/pc-2799-330-table-top-daylight-lamp-wmagnifier.aspx

At www.feather-craft.com, they sell a compact daylight lamp for fly tying for $49.95.  They also have more expensive models, $74.95 and $89.95.
