THE OAK

Slamminsalmon and I with a couple of buddies made the trip up on the 27th. Had a heck of a time. All caught big brownies with some fresh steel and some zombies. Congrats to the guys from Jersey who lost his rod and snagged it several hours later. Great times, laughed, drank, caught, and conquered. Will remember this trip always.

We pounded the browns at the archers. We hit the upper end of the river and only got kings. It was great till Sunday then it seems like most of the browns moved up and the chrome moved in. Akitadog, I think I heard you saying you landed that coho. Was it on Saturday?
