low flow

With all the rain from Irene and Lee in PA whats going on with the trickle that is the Genny.
Did all the rain miss the whole watershed or is it because of the work on the powerhouse?

    I heard the aliens and Russians are in to some kind of interplanetary cross breeding transmutation.
    Rumor is that eventually they will be slicing dna from George Soros with that of the Koch brothers.
    No is sure but there are stories of the Russians being in the gorge at night.
    Could it be that instead on poaching salmonids as everyone has thought that they are settting up an alien laboritory in the cave for these experiments?
    I would be careful, not just because the murder rate in the area anymore, when going near the man cave!
