Food list for the pin outing
Ok guys I'll be taking care of the food list for the outing. What is needed for the event? Is this a bring your own meat and sign up to bring a side\dessert? Is plastic ware\plates needed if so, I will bring that.

I'll make up a nice meat and cheese tray + grille up some steelhead fillets. Seems like we are going to have a pretty decent number of people, so I will reserve the small pavillion that is on the hill overlooking the stream. I WON'T be stepping through any split rail fences this year either!! ALSO: Like years past, if anyone would be willing to donate some firewood for a campfire....THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!! Thanks!

I know last year mxdad66 brought burgers. If he's willing to bring them again they were gooooood.
Texcobb this is we all bring some sort of food every year I handle the desert. With the event getting bigger we may need a few guys to bring burgers.

Maybe for those who don't bring anything, we should ask for a few bucks to alleviate some of the costs to those who bring something?? Just a thought.

I will suggest that anyone coming out should bring something. Dosen't matter what. if you have a special dish that you personaly make, please bring it.

With the pin outing almost a week away, i looked at the food list and saw that out of 26 ppl attending. These are the ppl that have offered to bring food:

We have 26 ppl attending this year outing. I think maybe some lunch meat and buns, Hot dogs, ham bbq's, Or things around those lines would be great to go along with what we have. So anyone that can help along those lines would be great.

Haven't kept up with the posts on the event. Missed the t-shirt sign-up.  I'll bring something for the grill. Do we have a grill? How about hamburger buns, hot dog buns and some such? I can bring that. How many???
