There's a story behind the last 'ho. I caught that at the end of day our first day there.
I was using a brand spankin new rod for the 2nd time. That fish shaddered it right in the middle.
The fight was over, and it made on last run; sideways. Splintering the rod.
It would have been a nice mount. I have a 16lb coho from 2002 that had similiar color.
Should have got the brown mounted.

are the creeks in NY crowed like the ones in PA?? an when fishing for salmon do u use the same techs as fishing for steelhead? i caught a few steelhead in eire on the lake. notthing to brag about. i want to try some stream fishing but i dont see hoe standing one ft apart from any one is really fishing. one more thing. erie has perch fishing boats that go out almost every day, is there any that go out on onterio? for salmon? if not that would be somthing worth looking in to, i know u would be there. i have my own boat but. i just like to go out on the water an try fishing lol have the time i get MABY 8 eyes when everyone got limits lol but its all about learning. thanks for the help
