pa boating license

is it manditory to have one if your using a boat weell driving i hear it is and it isant i tryed looking it up but i only found the class you have2 take any one know? or is there lupoles in that to boat size moter size ect... cuz i got a bout and i ant trying to get nailed with out it if i gota have it ya know but i got 16ft wit 9.9 anyone know any thing bout it that would be sweet save me a fine i dont need haha ant tryin to break the law

    You need to pass boating class if motor is over 25hp and you were born after 1986 (not sure about year)
    All jetskiers need to pass class
