Last stocking on Kinzua (4/21) were able to float stock it. But the flow was up to almost 600cfs on the 23rd. Today its running 356 cfs . Should be around 100 cfs this time of year.
There will be days when fishing is better than ones optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
