Elk

Thinking about going up with weekend to give the upper part of elk a try... I won't know how far to go up. Im just going to walk untill I find a group of people .....

    fish the spots that look fishy, just cuz you dont see fish doesnt mean there aint any of them there

    You said in another thread that your dad doesn't like to walk very far, right?  Click on the stream maps and print out the map of upper Elk.  There are plenty of parking areas on the upper stream that don't require lots of walking.
     
    Fish brown trout eggsacks (ask for them at Poor Richards, they'll show you where), under a float with a splitshot.  You and your dad should catch some fish, no doubt.

    I haven't seen  alot of fish up there yet. Folly's seams to furthest upstream as of yet.
