Edinboro Crappies

A little birdie told me the crappies are turning on at Edinboro Lake. Not surprising for this time of year, late ice has always been good, and the ice usually holds there well past when Presque Isle has opened up.

I can't say where from personal experience right now, cuz I'm enjoying the perch fishing in the bay at every opportunity, but I usually put in off 99 and first try off the cemetery in 12 to 14 FOW, then I try off the point. I'll post when I have some first hand reports, but my source is good and he was in the main lake too.
