I will happily share what I know about Leboeuf.....but please remember that this is from my limited ice fishing knowledge of this lake. I fish it now and again, but do not make a habit of going there for numerous reasons :

    1) Panfish population is plentiful, but you have to be very Mobil to find decent sized fish. Don't get me wrong, there are some monster gills and crappie, but I can not seem to locate them in the winter.
    2) Odd lake structure. You have to drill a lot of holes to find areas that hold fish. The lake has shallow flats and depths all the way up to 40 FOW. The island looks to be a very promising place to set up, but winter conditions can make it hard to get out to the island.
    3) Not much fishing pressure. Here is what I mean.....I do not like to fish a lake while alone, let alone a lake with so many different types of ice conditions. On a good day you might see 1 or 2 other people out.
    4) Tough if you do not know the lay of the land.

I would say to walk strait off the boat launch and venture a little to the right. You will find some weeds there....thus panfish as well. Set up in 6-10FOW. There is a cove, you will want to be directly out from the cove. You will find fish on the ledge....keep checking depth until you find it.

Now for pike....well, lets just say I ain't talking.
