Took the grandkids out after school today after two soaked feet from going in holes they caught eight trout in two hours they had fun wet feet& all, ice is 10-12" allday. Got the fish in 23fow 4ft down on waxies & red jigs.

anyone been fishing or seen anyone fishing pleasant the last couple days...thinking of trying it out sat morning...any info on the ice would be greatly appreciated

I have not been out on the ice but have fished that lake for many years and in this stage of the year you want to be very !!!! careful because the ice is good in one spot then bad in another. If you go out BE CAREFUL.

i was out on pleasent yesterday. whent all over the lake there was like 13 inches of ice except over by the inlet there was like 6. its fine we had 6 guys out and we were fine

i got like 30 gills some nice ones too
a bass and a few trout. the perch are really finiky right now too
i was trying to catch the perch and no luck but got a few nice ones a few days before the rain
pleasent is a weird lake and the weather effects the panfish alot there especially the perch and crappies

i prefer to fish for walleyes but took a break for pleasent
