pymatuning goose blinds 10-31-07

Hunted the managment area this morning. I hunted out of blind no. 9. It was slow day. We got 2 geese and I got lucky and got a banded bird. We also messed up let a few ducks slip passed right after starting time. We saw mallards, woodies, teal, wigeon and a few divers and megansers. Also saw 3 gobblers, and a buck.

That's not bad. Congrats on the band. I am still trying for a band.

I'd say thats a pretty good morning...I sometimes find myself watching the ducks and trying to ID them rather than shooting...

A co-worker drew a blind for Friday,12-28.  While it is a long trip for only a 1 bird limit, we will make it.  Does anyone know of any outfitters, etc., that may be able to accommodate us on Saturday, 12-29?  An extra day of hunting would make the trip just a little better.
