When I try to add my pics I get a message that says the file is too large. What do I need to do?

John,

Saw one about that size tonight that I could've sent an arrow at and then about a half hour later....a really GOOD buck.  Been a while since I've had the good fortune to see one like that in PA.  He's definitley my focus now.
The activity has really picked up in my neck of the woods.

Again, congrats John, I suppose you will begin to reside in Erie now??

Mike, I was up Erie Thursday, many hookup and many landed, with the help of Jiggy, that dude knows his s  t.

I will be heading up to fish Friday morning then onto N.Y. for a evening hunt and then hunt Sat. and Sunday, if I don't do any good, I will be heading back up the week after for 5 days of hunting.  Did I ever tell you I love retirement and Marage line, but I still have a crush on McKoy line.  John

Like Drake, I probably should not respond to this thread, but here goes.

No one disagrees more on deer management with Silverkype than I do, but I got to say, he was attempting humor, so lighten up Francis.

NICE deer!

Those are some seriously dark antlers.  Any idea what exactly he was rubbing in the area???

What did he weight in at?   Looks thick.  When I see a buck like that in the woods, I call them Freezer Bucks, 'cause they'll pack one.

Thanks guys,

Not sure what he has been rubbing, Have not seen many rubs. 6 scrapes within 100 yds of where he was shot but no rubs. All the bucks I have shot out of this stand have drak antlers. The butcher said he weighed 195, I said that is too heavy, he put it on the scale and he weighed 196. Went out trying to fill a doe tag yesterday and saw 5 different bucks and 3 doe, no doe came into range. it should be pretty good hunting from here on out.

I alot of the bucks were hunt in a certain area have that color of bases yet their tines are lighter.  It's from them rubbing white pines.

Although it wasn't big, (actually the smallest to the legal ones i've been seeing) it was time to tag out.  My 12 year old is gun hunting this year and I needed the get this over with.  Who else uses golden estrus.  Im telling you, it brought in this one and a 4 point together like they were on a string.  By the way this is in a 4 pont per side area, I think this deer is only 1 1/2 years old and he is gonna taste just great.
