Perch fishing this past weekend

Never have I seen two days of perch fishing and done so poorly.
Five hours on Sunday and 10 keepers between four people and one fish on Monday between five of us.

    We sat on idly PILES of perch.....they just wouldn't bite.

    I don't always snag fish, but when I do...

    Post spawn the females regress before they start feeding aggressively again... but when they do

    its still early and usually is alot better when theres a chop on the water... not flat as glass... patience

    fished off one of the piers on sat morning and did pretty well on theperch put 15 in basket all 11 to 13 inches not bad for pier fishing when nobody else is doing any good. sorry not allowed to spot burn.
