ANF + pics
Found what I thought would be a good Brookie stream on the Google Earth and went to give it a try... Thought it might be a good day as I saw 9 Gobblers on the way there.. Fished about a mile and a half of some of the most beautiful Brookie water, not a soul around for miles... Not hardly a Brookie either....The stream had about no aquatic life, I never saw a minnow or a fish except for one little Brookie..... What a shame that stream should have been teaming with fish... Dropped down lower to what was a stocked section of the same stream and it had a nasty grey coloring to it.... Hit about a half mile of that creek with the spinning rod and got skunked.. Tried one more spot on the way home and found some really pretty Rainbows in a Beaver Dam. Ended up with 4 fish.  The right tools, Stick for throwing flies and a stick to keep the flies away..Didn't have to worry about bugs it was snowing when I got there..  The Start.  The holes in this creek were awesome...  The only Brookie..   The beaver dam and the Rainbows...

Just a walk in those woods streamside is a gift in itself....fish are bonus...Nice post
I don't always snag fish, but when I do... I choose Little Cleos I'm the best looking smartest snagging poacher alive...
