Granville Access Area Temporarily Closing for Ramp Improvements
Bellefonte, PA – The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission will close the Granville access area located in Granville Township, Mifflin County, on April 26 for ramp and access improvements.  Improvements include replacing the existing ramp and drainage pipe and reconstructing a paved section of the existing access area.  The access will remain closed to all vehicles for approximately 5 weeks to the end of May, weather permitting.

Boaters may access the Juniata River downstream at Victory Park access in Lewistown.  Boaters may also use the Lewistown Narrows access located 5 miles east of Lewistown on Route 22/322.  This access is only accessible driving eastbound on Route 22/322.

The mission of the Fish and Boat Commission is to protect, conserve, and enhance the Commonwealth’s aquatic resources and provide fishing and boating opportunities. For more information about fishing and boating in Pennsylvania, please visit our website at www.fishandboat.com.
