Raystown lake?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is open water at any of the southern boat ramps at Raystown lake? I am going to be purchasing a boat near there and I would love to back it down to one of the boat ramps and run the engines and do some compression tests. Any water conditions near James Creek would be much appreciated!

Thanks

The only thing is they have all the gates to the launches locked as of 3/19.
Wanted to get the boat out this weekend so I rode down and that is what I find out.
