16' Starcraft Holiday w/ 2 motors $1000OBO
I have owned this boat for the last 4 summers and have decided to buy a bigger boat, so this one must go.
The boat is a closed bow aluminum. I replaced the floor when I got it and covered it with marine grade vinyl. I replaced the dash 2 years ago with the same vinyl material. The boat does leak approx 1-2 gallons per hour, but the Mayfair commercial grade 1300 GPH w/ float is included and kicks on about once an hour so there's never much in the bottom. The seats are in good shape, and sit on plywood bases that hold several Plano 3700 boxes per side.
The 25hp has good compression according to my mechanic. Recently, I had the starter, coil and impeller replaced. Currently, it is difficult to start due to a carbureator issue. The carb will definately need rebuilt. Last time I had this done, it cost approx $175, but the parts were about $35 so a DIY guy could fix it cheap.
The 6hp. ran well, but sat for over a year without being run and the carb has varnish in it. It will run for about 5 sec or so then run out of gas.
Also incuded are the following:
2 Downeast Rod Holders
2 Lakeland Holders
Bottomline 4300 Fish Finder w/temp
2 Gas cans (New Fuel Hose)
Battery (3 yrs old)
Boat Cover (new this year)
a Lowrance VHF w/8' Black Shakespeare Antennae w/ss Bracket may be included depending on offer.
Penn downriggers may be included depending on offer.
The trailer is an 80's roller and works well for the boat. The the winch, cable, jack, and lights all work. The tires are cracked, but hold air. (I've never towed it more than 20 miles) There is no spare included.
I am willing to seperate any of these items for the right offer.
This boat is located on the West side of the road approximately 500 yards south of the Mouth of Trout Run.
