carbon arrows

Tonight I will be heading to Cabelas and was planning on buying and trying some new arrows, was wondering what you guys use, and the ups an downs and if you like them or not.

Lots of good carbon arrow out there Ronnie.  Carbon Express, Beman, Goldtip, Easton to name a few.  Generally, the more you pay, the straighter and lighter they are.  Does that REALLY make a big difference ?  Not likely.  I'm not going to tell you one arrow company is better than the other because I don't believe that to be true.  The combination of a good repuable arrow and a well placed shot will do the job everytime.  I personally shoot goldtip, for no particular reason other than.. that's what I shoot.

I suggest you take a look at some of their sites before you go and try to match up your poundage with length.  Going to large chain retail stores can be a scary thing when it comes to buying equipment as important as arrows.  Sometimes their employees are not the most knowledgable.
