I was there thursday. Got there around 9:30. Fished til the big waves pulled my anchor loose, around 11:15. 2 of us. We got 20 perch. Some were only 7" but kept because they had the bubblemouth. Not many over 9". May go up to Walnut Run area next trip. They average well over 9" there. Last season caught quite a few over 13"s. Costs a bit more to go there but it might be worth it to get bigger fish.

This is a little late, but last week Sat. we left Conn. went North to 65', fished South of the pack and limited out in 2 hrs. 120 perch,,,Average 9"-10". If we knew that we were going to catch 'em that fast we would have been a little more picky,,, just hate to throw a dieing fish back! Oh ya,,, picked up one nice 6# walleye too. So we went trolling with wire,,, 1 hr.= Nothing.
We went steelie fishing,,, Yesterday/ Friday, seen probably 30,,, landed 2,
a 2#er and a 6#er,,, Salted Fresh egg skein, & a #14 hook. No drift so just let 'er sit on the bottom. They sure had lock jaw with the rain and low pressure!
