Brand New.

I am interested in pinning, and have been reading and searching things on it.  Could you  guys suggest a moderatly priced set up for steelhead and stockies in the spring, thank you for all your help.  And any other help would be greatly appreciated.

Good setup is an okuma sheffield which is the reel i bought in the summer and have no complaints. And a cortland float rod what ever length. i am using a 10'6 fenwick noodle rod right now cause thats all i can afford. Great on stockies but not so much on steel. I think an 11'6 or a 13 footer is a good choice. hope that helps.

BPS has a 11'6" or a 13' Browning float rod for under $100.The sheffield and the 11'6" would be a descent start.
