sleep vs ice fishing.

just got home from work decided on going to west lake to try my luck.  gonna grab some crawlers and start from there maybe work my way up to perch as bait.  may head to caroga ice permitting.  should be sleeping but need my fix...

if at first you dont succeed... blow it up.

you want organic? well then shut the &^$() up and eat a *$&#*( squirrel.

Man, I feel your pain, Brother.

Sleeping and ice fishing are my two favorite wintertime activities...  Hard to pass up either of them!

Heck, at least get a few hours in, right ... then go home and get some sleep.

That is if your close to water ???
And if your a lucky basterd who has a lakefront house , **** ... i'd never get sleep

I'm not, so it would be out of my way and take a lot of time to get in just 2hrs or so of fishing

    Good luck !

never let anyone borrow your auger.  brand new blades after last trip.  my  brother said he drilled 10 holes when he borrowed it.  he never told me it was in concrete!! got to west lake and tried drilling through 8 inches.  yes thats right there is 8 inches of ice on west lake.  caught  2 small perch in my one hole and didnt want to drill any more.

if at first you dont succeed... blow it up.
