You wouldnt believe how far they travel. I have no experience in Erie fishing tribs for smallies, but we catch them here over 20 miles from the lake. Mid summer!

Alright..I know there in there, I just wasn't sure how far up.  I bet I could catch some this summer on nymphs and mabey even topwater on some of the larger holes.  We'll see.
