**** it's nice out !

I didn't plan on fishing this weekend and now i'm kicking myself in the butt ... it is beautiful out !! Nothing like the last few days.

    I hear ya Brian. I'm kicking myself for putting my boat away so soon. I could (should) have taken it back out, but laziness set in.

    When hell freezes over, I'll fish there too.

    Just had 4 doe walk through the back yard 40yrds away, probably the same ones that were laying in the front yard just after dark yesterday.
    About 20yrds out my front window.
     
    They are not very spooked around here, not much shooting going on near by all season ????

    What a day! Went out and hit a local trout lake all day today as well as on Thanksgiving morning. Pictures coming soon. Can't get enough of that calm water and warm sun.

    If you read the hunting boards the action this year is way way off.......both during the end of bow and all of gun season.
     
    Not sure if it is the warm weather, the rut or what but deer sightings and kills are way down.....in 9P south of Rochester we only took one buck opening weekend and they haven't gotten one since.....which is way off.
     
    Anyone else seeing the same thing?

    SOF , out side of the same little group of does i see , i have only seen a couple small bucks going to and from work. Most years i see a lot more, so i agree with things being "off" ... could be the mild weather ???? Got me ?

    It was like summer today! i had a blast but it is over now for my favorite trout spots until spring.Sure we will have great weather for icefishing..if we get ice!
