New Treestand EQUALIZER

Well, last week I broke down and bought the new stand I've had my eye on now for a year or so.  Its the Equalizer treestand.  I put it together and tried it out....WOW!  Its truly an awesome climber.  Light, quiet and easy to set up and break down.  I still have my Loggy and stand behind it, but you got to see this one...If you guys have not yet had the chance to check these out, you got to.  https://www.equalizertreestands.com/index.php watch the VIDEO on the homepage!

They are made much like a Summit, but the leveling system makes it a cut above.  No longer do you have to start your climb with the stand angled up.  And when you get to your desired height, you can level the stand perfectly in no time.  It also allows you to climb higher in the tree.  I also got the optional sling seat for those long days on stand during the rut.  This thing is well built and lightweight as well, weighing in at 18lbs.  I'm really anxious to hunt out of it!  Just felt like a kid with a new toy and share my new found fun!

Just for fun, I'd like to hear what you fellas like to use and own and your experiences.  I also have a few lock ons close to home, but the climber is nice for portability and new found spots in the middle of the season.  Thanks.

My main stand is a Summit Openshot (Broadhead Backpacker, just doesnt fold flat). That stand is rock solid. I wouldnt trade it for a skid of cheaper climbers.

I also just bought a cheap hang on, with the ameristep rapid rails climbing system. Havent used it. One thing I dont like about most hangons is theres nothing to grab onto.

I saw that stand you bought in buckmasters a few years ago, they do look convienent.

Jeremy ..  I saw your buck last night.  His velvet is off.  If you talk to him before I run him over, tell him my tires weigh 53 lbs. a piece.

Equalizer Inc. is the company name.  I believe they are formerly known as Buckshot.

Equalizer is the new name of Buckshot treestands, my father has an older Buckshot, basucally same design as the new 1's based on my research, very comfortable stand, i've used my dads a few times and i must say, very nicely constructed stand, very lightweight, and all around very safe and comfortable and it will basically climb any tree you want it to, very good choice in selecting a climber, you will have many comfortable seasons in it in the years to come.
