    This cooler air seems to have really stirred up the deer in the last few days.  This morning, I glassed the fields by my house on the way to work and watched a nice eight pointer grazing.  I'm getting that feeling!

    nice buck Bing's.  He looks young (maybe even 2 1/2).  If you can hold off and nobody else whacks him, he has some major potential I would guess.  Regardless, have a great season and shoot straight.

    Poor thing lives in amish country. Hope he kind find a hole and avoid some of the pressure..

    That's one of the problems in this area trying to let some of these buck go and get into their 3rd or 4th rack. As a whole the amish community has alot of junior hunters that have no antler restrictions.  Anything with a stick on his head is fair game. Too bad to there are some good genes here if they would just let them grow up...

    Go chase him thru the woods bings.    Perhaps he needs an education.
     
    I've seen a year and half old 8 point a few nights lately.  At 6:30 he's headed down crossing the road with the wind blowing down.  If he keeps that up for a few more weeks, somebody will shoot him the first day.
