Theres a motel in Albion called Dollingers i think, it's just a little south of the river. You could call the Orleans Outdoor Fly Shop (585) 682-4586 they have a few rooms and surely could tell you where to look.  We stay by the river on Park Ave. at the Riverview campground. it's right by the river it was 25.00 bucks a night for a site with water and electric. you can just show up and self check in pick a spot and they will stop and see you. they have a heated building with toilets, showers and washer and dryer.
Saw a lot of browns and steelies, and it's full of salmon. Good Luck.
