dike got another

another boat got hung up on the dike at coeymans today around six pm...rescue sqd went out ..tide going out...boat off the dike...south end I believe...

    that thing is SOO dangerous. If Brian hadn't pointed it out to me first time I was there, I would have done the same.

    last year I watched a family of 5 in a 20' fiberglass runabout run into the wall at high tide going probably 10mph - we saw two of the people get thrown forward, and we headed over there, but before we got up to them, the guy nearly swamped his boat going reverse full throttle, pulled it off the wall, and ran up river. I can only imagine how big the gash was to his hull.
