end of july report

well, i suppose i could have tried alittle SMB as they were certainly on top closer to shore but, i bought dollar a piece certified sawbellies and had high hopes for a trophy brown saturday morning.. man the sun was hot though and the drift was slow .. after 4 long hrs and only one 12 in stocky to account for and which also died at the top cause it was gill bleeding and went into shock .. i finally called it a day. spotty thunder clouds but it was okay.. next time i'm going to try for them smb

    oh yes yank forgot to mention it was the pepacton again.. i thought they were going to be there again but it was slow.. hoping to try again later this week with a fishing partner. If the troutin is slow, i'm going to drop some jigs and imatations for them SMB.. they be far better eatin anyhow.
