flourescent lines for steelhead fishing

flourescent lines for steelhead fishing

was at the local gander mt. and saw these.  does anyone have experience with them?  appear that they would be easier to see in the water.

    was thinking a flourocarbon leader would be used.  makes sense what you say, though.

    I fished with the pink siglon f from gander in march when the water was super low and clear, The fish where not spooked by the line, I was using a 4ft flouro carbon leader

    i read an article in fur, fish and game last year about the use of these lines.  the writer said that it improved his catch.  i have only caught a handful of steelies and really haven't fished for them in over 15 years, so new innovations have come about that i am not aware of.  thanks, gents.
