Giant Trout

Just to let everyone know, tonight at 10 on national geographic channel, Taimen!!
Giant Mongolian trout, watch and drool trout guys.

    cool, I'll have to check it out.
    I read a few articles in Fly fisher mag about them. Quite an adventure just getting to them, a wild 24hr ride in a 4 w/d van. The trips were reasonable something like $2,400 for 9 days which included a chef ?

    That show was pretty sweet...  Cool looking trout, and that 52" beast was amazing...
     
    I am beginning to think the trout that Tuna caught while we were backpacking is actually a Taiman...

    I fell asleep about 10:20, that dude on hooked just is too Lame...
    Nice trout at least the small ones I seen.

    The trout and scenery where cool, ummm LOL I thought the guy was goin to end up hangin himself on the fly rod though. But wow did you see those tiger fish? looked like stripers cross bred with freddy couger! geeze at the teeth on those!


    A lure drawing the first strike of an early morning, the strong tug on the end of your line, the excitement of a leaping fish... that,s livin large!
