Ninja Gheto Fishing

I got lucky enough to fish by my self with no wife/kids in tow. I hit an urban fishery (I won't name) I like to sneak into a couple times a year. It treated me well. All wild fishies. Enjoy.

It was a fun time.

Haha! This is a natural repro. stream. The bottom one is an honest 2 footer. Old girl. Not many spots- a real gem of a fish, but then every fish is a gem...

    Sal,

Great fish.  The atmosphere, not so much.

Those trout need to be transplanted. Seems like a shame they're stuck there. I guess they must be pretty safe though if they're growing up to be that big.

Oh, they're in a nice place. They are free to travel to more rural areas. Why they're there I don't know. Safe haven? Maybe.

That last one does look like a Taimen. I was trying to figure it out for days. I didn't even need to fly to Mongolia & drink fermented Horse milk (although it's good).

did you crawl under the fence or did you know where the key was?

The fish are outside of the fence. Bo back cast!
Seriously- I was there about 3 hours & caught those 3 Trouts & a few Suckers (one over 20), but I didn't photograph then.
It was one of my best days ever, anywhere as far as landing big fish. I usually stick a good one there if I'm **** careful, but 3 is a real blessing.
I think the fact that the water was a tad off color & I crawled on my hands & knees helped too. That's something I hardly ever do.

I fished today. I'll try to throw some pics. up in the next day or so. It was another place I only hit a couple times a year, but it goes well. Today the action was hot fishing Ants, Beetles & crickets.
