I fish the Brodhead at least once a week. The water is at a great level considering the recent droughts and its almost July.
Not sure how to compare the USGS to the level of water.
Lastnight I landed several streambred browns anywhere from 9-15 inches. All dry flies. Had a tad bit of rain as well.
Bug wise it has definetly slowed down a tad. Still seeing some PED's,Slate Drakes, and a caddis here and there.
I have noticed in the past few years that there has been some form of drunella<bwo> that likes to come off right
before it gets dark. Havent seen them much yet but we do have alot more water .
