Rap, I don't know about the caravans, but I do know I make several trips a season from Indiana, Pa and have never been disappointed. This site had a great ice "get together" on the bay. Check the site when ice time comes. It seems to me any fish on Lake Erie always seem to be bigger.  Lou

Could not agree more!  I get depressed in the "dog days" of summer.  Bring the frost, snow, and ice!

Rap, stay in touch. My group makes at least 5 trips there from the Sharon area every february. Could meet you on 80 west and join the crew. Fantastic bluegill and crappies there.<img src="http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e253/ken_e_getem_n/IMG_0719.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>

actually, i have one great wife.  she goes along with all of my cockamaney ideas.  all she will ask is if i really need another shotgun, another rod and reel, another vest and on and on and on.  she then smiles and shakes her head.  she loves wild game and fish, so all she asks is that i bring something home.  luke, to answer your question with a question:  if a tree falls in the woods and no one is there to hear it, does it make a noise..........lol.
