Pittsburgh Flat Heads

Anybody getting any flats(while flat head fishing)?? i just added a nice little rock bass to my fish tank and would like to take him fishing... are they coming into the shallows at night yet or are they still out deep? i usually do my catfishing in summer. i know the rivers will take a day or two to calm down but im getting anxious.
