Tully

Fished for 2 hours near swiftwater lane last evening......below waterworks......searching for carp........water was LOW....shin deep

I spooked a few carp......but the water was OFF COLOR.......switched to an Indie Rig and caught 2 suckers on midges............

The Fly Logic FLO + 9 foot 5 wt rod is like fishing with a pool cue........that is until you put on a heavy beadfly and drop another fly off that....add your indicator-thingamabobber 1/4 inch.......then, you can cast to China if you so choose to do so

Need a new 5 weight........but, been saying that for a few years now---The Fly Logic rod would be great have while float fishing out west.....or the Delaware or any other big river where you need plenty of weight and or chuck indie rigs..........

spoke with a guy who got to the creek just a little late and he said they dropped the water a good bit......he said he did really good earlier in the week...........

Anadromous - it sounds like you have learned tippy the hard way as well.  He sucks info out of you like a leach and then he runs with it to his buddies...

How 'bout we plan an excursion up to the Tully for all of the crew and make a nice long day of it.  I need to be more of a uniting force than one that tears you guys apart.

...just watch for the twitch and then bring on the thunder!
