The river is fishable at this moment. It changes quickly starting in PA and all but the lack of snow (at least around here) should mean it won't blow out quite as quickly or badly as most years after a rain. That said it is always a crap shoot.

    It is a bit swollen at this time. I recommend fishing the edges (look for fish holding in the rose bushes in the park) and picking your places to wade VERY CAREFULLY.

    We probably have fished together, just didn't know it.
