Out and About

Hit the little schuylkill on my birthday with a friend........we slayed fish...did not fly fish though........shoulder was killing me..........won't say how many we caught........but had a very busy day........besides me and my buddy--we saw maybe 3 other anglers............we fished from 830 am to 130 pm
 
Iced fished Ontelaunee on Sunday......caught fish all day long and without being bothered another fisherman.........white perch, bluegill, pumpkinseed, rockbass, largemouth bass, Crappie -- one was 15 inches.........there are more places to fish other than peters creek cove........watch the ice.....near the shoreline is certainly getting unsafe and I started on the backside of the lake.......ice was 3-4 inches........really bad ice....didn't stay there too long.......NOT SAFE.......really tough finding a place to get on.....
