Heads up..Quebec Outfitter

There is a bankrupt outfitter in Quebec taking deposits for Caribou hunts and not delivering the hunt.Tuttulik is there name and they kept a estimated $1 million.The Quebec Outfitters Association and the Quebec Tourism Dept. has been no help.Investigate any outfitter up there before you send them money.
