Yea, the Tully flows into Blue Marsh lake near Reading. I don't know much about that area but I don't belive it holds trout this time of year. It gets stocked in the Spring and maybe in the Fall.

according to the tulpehocken fly fish shop its on of the best in the state this time of year. The state had extra fish so they stocked it thursday which is why i went yesterday. It said it was stocked around myerstown and then in the section near its mouth. I went to myerstown yesterday and no fish at all there so we went just down stream of blue marsh in the delayed harvest area and i lost a real nice rainbow. After that though i got a few nice hits from big trout but thats it. I think if u would bring smallie stuff there you would have better luck. All i had was a spinner. I had to leave the bait in the car. These bass where leapin out the air everywhere. A couple real big ones too. They wouldnt bother with my spinner. Creek is real slow not much rapids there but there are trout.

The river is fishing very hard this time of the year with flows and water temperature issues.  It would be best to leave the trout alone during high temperature times while they are in survival mode...
