7-f powder

Hi,i'm pretty much new in here,but i was wondering if anyone had a clue where to find any 7-f  for the flashpan.that is all we have ever used in our guns and cant find any localy.i live in armstrong.thanks

    Good luck with that, 4f is the standard here.  Dupont stopped making 7f years ago.
     
    goex makes a "cartrige" powder that is finer than 4f. just a thought.

    when I used to shoot flintlocks, we would take a PLASTIC plate and a metal spoon and 4f or what ever and crush it into fine for the  flash pan, if that helps.

    fireworks manufacturers have 7F, that is where we got ours

    I also live in armstrong county.  There is a place in butler that curries that... Just not sure the name. Sorry I at least pointed you in the right direction. :)
